I'm just wondering, because I'm considering taking ap physics next year, if you need any prerequisite knowledge of chemistry before taking physics. One of my friends said that you SHOULD have chemistry before physics, but after reading through CC, I read about people skipping chemistry. Any advice ?

You don't need to know chemistry to take AP Physics. Maybe on some small obscure level but generally no. Anything chemistry related to Physics, you'll learn fast enough.

No you don't. Especially if you're taking Physics C.
A lot of schools teach chemistry before physics because it requires less math, that's all.

AP Physics...sucks. End of story.

^^ agree with classics
