Okay, so I’m figuring out my schedule for junior year and it’s pretty heavy with APUSH, AP Lang, AP Chem, Precalc Honors and some elective, but I think I have room for an AP elective. I want to choose one that will not be a super heavy course load, but still look good.
Between:
- AP Psych
- AP Macroecon (My school offers macro and micro every other year)
- AP Computer Science
Which would be the best to take? Or if there are other courses I don’t have on here as well let me know! I could technically take two of them but I think it might be a bit much, I’m not sure though.
Thanks!!
Depends on what you want to do/major in college, but I would personally recommend Psych since it isn’t too heavy of a courseload and the material is actually interesting.
Good luck choosing!
Which AP CS course is it? Also, what are your likely academic interests?
Do you have level 3 or 4 in a foreign language?
BTW, you don’t need an AP elective with 3 solid AP’s and precalc honors.
What are you interested in?
I am taking Ap Spanish this year. Interested in Politics, business, film, journalism, but I like math and sciences as well.
Then, AP Macro is the class that’d make the most sense (ties into POlitics, Business, and math; offered every other year so it’ your one chance to take it).
