do u just have to read ap psychology book like Barrons and prineton in order to get 5 on exams
or do u have to prepare like all these essays and labs perhaps
How much time do we need to spend in order to get 5 in the exam
at least 1hour a day starting from now to the exam day

I just read Barron’s and went over the Barron’s AP Psych flashcards 2 weeks before the test and I thought the test was a breeze (got a 5 too)
But in order to be “safe” you should start studying around Jan about 1 hr a day just reviewing terms or concepts.

It really depends on how quick you learn or remember the info. Psych is not hard, you can still get a 5 by studying in April. I wouldn’t suggest studying too early because it’s likely that you’ll forget. I felt that Barrons alone was sufficient, but you can use both PR and Barrons if you want to play it safe. Also, you don’t have to prepare much for the essays. You can still get a 5 w/o answering all the essay topics.

Just use Barron’s for AP Psychology. That’s probably the one piece of advice I give the most on CC. I self-studied for the AP in 3 days with that book and got a 5.

You’re not a fan of italics in a study guide? That sounds like a minor issue, if an issue at all to me. If terms and vocab are an issue, I’d just make flashcards reading through the book.

Yeah I’m kinda iffy on psychologists/scientists you will need to know for the exam. I’m also not completely sure on the significant difference and applications of the types of the psychology (perspective/psychoanalysis/etc.)
