Thanks!

Personally, I liked REA’s Crash Course. It covered all the information that was on the AP exam this year in the least amount of space. I got a 5 on the test.

REA’s Crash Course should be enough if your teacher is decent. If you want to have a more comprehensive review, then Barron’s.

What if you’re self-studying? Is it true that Barrons is enough for a 5?

^Yes, provided you give yourself enough time to learn everything.

I self studied for AP psych and got a 5 only studying from Princeton Review and Barron’s. I recommend both.

I used barrons as well as five steps to a five book with 500 practice questions and I got a 5 on the exam. I also printed out released ap psych exams from the college board website to simulate the actual test and that helped a lot.

I had Barron’s, but the spine isn’t even barely cracked. Got a 5, had a great, fun teacher. But he taught pretty much straight from Barron’s, so I’m sure it’s a good prep book.

So Barron’s seems to be the majority consensus here. Has anyone used CliffsAP? I find that I generally study better when the material is more condensed.

Hey ! So i don’t know about psychology because i’m taking the Ap this year, but for all my other AP exams I love the Princeton review books, also [BarCharts: QuickStudy Welcome to Barcharts](http://www.quickstudy.com) has tons of resources.

So I just got Barrons Psych in the mail because everyone on this site said it was enough to get a 5, and the book is surprisingly thin… Like the thinnest AP prep book I’ve ever seen…

Guy earlier said its a comprehensive review, I ordered it today, hopefully its awesome

Sent from my Desire HD using CC App

I used barrons, but only read it for two days, the two days before the ap exam to be specific. I got a 4, although I am positive I could of gotten a 5 had I not procrastinated. :P

yo does somebody know how many prac. tests the ACTUAL BARRONS BOOK CONTAINS? I know it comes with a cd with 2 tests…are those the same as the book, just on the cd for timing? or are they originial?

^ There are 3 tests in the book with 2 originals on the CD
