I am an upcoming senior and I'm kind of confused with what to do with myself. I haven't taken the SAT but I've taken multiple mocks from the blue book/from an SAT course and I average a ~1700 (planning on taking the SAT on October). I only took 2 AP's in my junior year Psychology (5) and Chinese (4). For my senior year I'm planning on taking 3; AP US History, AP World History, and AP Chemistry. I feel like I messed up by not taking the courses I should've taken in my junior year. My cumalative GPA is a 3.7/4.0 and I'm planning to go to school in Canada. I have no idea what I'm going to do with myself and kind of confused if I can even get accepted anywhere in Canada.
All this above is just background information for my question.

As a senior how many SAT's can you take before you need to send in your scores to colleges (latest date)? (GENERALLY SPEAKING).

Since you apply for college before your AP scores come in what happens? Do the school receives the scores earlier, and what do I do if I want to send multiple reports to 3-4 schools?

Thanks for reading.

Schools will have a deadline for receiving the scores. Scores are usually issued electronically about five weeks after the test. Look at the deadlines on the school’s website for any in which you have an interest. That is, it’s better if I don’t generalize.

I’m assuming that by AP scores you mean SATIs and IIs; admissions aren’t concerned with your scores on AP tests. Usually what happens is that the apps get sorted into those that have all the required scores and documents and those that don’t. Then an Admissions Officer begins working on the completed ones. Schools end up with lots of incomplete apps each year; they don’t put any effort into reading those. As apps are completed, they are sent to the appropriate AO. If you send in a later score to a school that has your completed application, the AO will be notified and will adjust the assessment accordingly.

Get to work on improving that SAT score. It doesn’t match your other scores, and this suggests you might do better. See the SAT and ACT Tests button in the left hand column on this page; you will find tips and recommendations for preparing for the test.

Some schools have rolling admissions until spring. You can take the SAT from Oct to March at some schools.
