So as of now I have 6 AP tests in which I've earned the scores 5,4,5,4,3,2. My average is a 3.83 and I've received a 3 or higher on five exams, but I didn't get any label on my AP score card/letter.

Am I still technically an AP Scholar with distinction?

Yes, you should be AP Scholar with Distinction. My son just received his AP scholar notification letter last week, although the letter itself was dated August 14. Something to look out for if you have taken AP tests more than one year: unless ALL your personal information exactly matches for all the years, it may not get linked together for consideration of the titles. Your AP# changes each year.
My son had taken 5 tests over 2 years, all with a score of 5, yet his letter said he was only an “AP Scholar” rather than one “with Distinction”. I called and found that there was a slight difference in the info and they were able to take care of it right then and will send an updated certificate with the correct title.
