<p>How do I receive this award/recognition? I qualify for one of the more prestigious AP scholar awards, but I'm not sure if I will ever be formally recognized for it (via the mail etc.). I'd like to include it on things such as my college applications next fall, but I wouldn't want to include something I haven't actually been awarded.</p>

<p>Any insight on this would be appreciated.</p>

<p>You will get a certificate in the mail. The one I got this year was dated August 12, 2011. You will get it way before any of the college applications are due, so go ahead and put it on your applications.</p>
