AP Score Predictions 2012

Chemistry- 5
Physics (Mechanics)- 5 (maybe 4…)
Literature- 5
BC Calculus -5
French- 3 (hopefully, did terribly on the oral presentation section)

World=3/4.
Although I felt that I did really good on the test, Trevor Packer’s percentage (less than 7% get 5s) makes me relatively pessimistic for the WHAP results.

Ok so,

US History - took intl form, pretty sure I got a 5
Biology - intl form, mc was crazy and one frq destroyed me, hopefully a 5 though, expecting a 4
English language - awesome essays, multiple choice was hell though. 4 hopefully a 5
Italian - mc awesome, except listeningl essays ok, talking very good. At least a 4 I hope

Chemistry - 5, was easy but I studied a lot for it
Statistics - 5, didn’t study, never did hw but found it easy didn’t even have to do the last tests (whatever they were, test for homogeneity, etc), the last free response was a joke, easier than any other year
Calc AB - 5 found it really easy, even though I didn’t study/ do hw
Human Geography - 4/5 this was legit hard, leaning on the 5 but not sure, the FRQ will decide it, if I didn’t have the other AP’s I wouldn’t have gone in cold, not really a social studies guy anyway…

AP Computer Science- 3/4
AP Calculus AB- 5
AP Physics B- 2/3
AP English Language- 3/4

Nobody has passed computer science at my school in like 5 years lol. In fact no one has gotten higher then a one. But I think I did pretty well. Calc was a joke. Physics…our teacher wasn’t very good. I honestly just want to pass it with a 3, and appass.com said I could even with my ridiculously low FRQ scores and like 35/70 multiple choice. English I’m fairly confident I passed, my last essay is the turning point thought, it will make or break me.

I’m still trying to decide whether or not to call on July 1st. My English teacher is going to e-mail us on the 3rd when she gets them, and I told my calc and comp sci teacher to as well. We’ll see.

AP Comp Science A- Probably a 4 but maybe a 5.

AP US History - 3/4
AP Language - 4/5
AP MacroEcon - 5
AP Biology - 4

When would be a reasonable time to expect the scores by phone? And, how will we know when they’re released? Do they send out an email?

The scores by phone are released on July 1st every year. By mail, it really depends on where you live, but it should be delivered sometime in late July.

^

 • by July 1

They have a tendency to be 1-2 days earlier.

^REALLY? So they could be out before the weekend?

Who cares, the wait is so long that I can’t even think about it anymore.

The score distributions for English Lang are a little scary.
Bio: 4/5
Calc: 5
English Lang: 4/5 (leaning more towards a 4, though. I really want a 5.)
We’ll see.
I can’t decide if I should order the scores over the phone, or just wait.

YOLO, i would call if you didn’t live out on the west coast.

I agree though with the Lang scores I’m anywhere between a 3-5 lmao

-US Gov’t (5) Comes easy to me and I only missed 3 MCQ’s on the practice exam and got perfect score on the free response. I knew the material before taking the class.

-APES (5) I know a lot of people are saying that the class is easy, but you can’t get by on common sense with only 8.7% getting a 5, but I had a horrible class and knew all the material like the back of my hand. ESP on the FRQ

-Calc BC (4/5) Not a fan of series…specifically taylor. I love math, but I don’t want to be an engineer.

-AP Eng Lit (4/5) I am horrible at MCQ, bt rock the essays…provided they read my extra pages…plus my teacher made us feel like we were in kindergarten- this was my own writing ability! not her teaching!

-AP Macro (4) I liked my teacher and the idea s easy, but he had the AC turned off and it would be 105 in the classroom- can’t concentrate, esp right after lunch.

-AP Comp Sci (3/4) Idk what I thought about this one. It can go any way for me.

-AP Physics C: Mechanics (4) I thought I was doing poorly, so I gave up trying, but got solid 4’s on all mock exams with steady improvement and almost got a 5 on the last one.

-AP French (2) Je ne sais pas!!! I actually think I did better than I thought I would, but I barely speak French. I had a horrible French 1&2 teacher and my French 3&4 teacher didn’t care and tried to build on stuff I (and my class) didn’t know. grrrr

Calculus 5
Macro 5
Micro 3 hopefully
Us govt. 4
Us hist. 4
English language 3 please!
Physics C: mechanics 4
Physics C : E&M 3
Psychology 5
Bio 4???
Art history 4

bio 5
psych 5
physics lololol

Chemistry 5
Calculus BC 4
Micro/Macro 3/4/5? I couldn’t fall asleep the night before the test date…
Psychology Almost no idea. My school only admits 5 in psychology for college credit so I just hope it will be a good idea.
Good luck, everyone! The scores are on their way.

Environmental: 3/4 - I had a terrible teacher and a terrible class but I felt good after the exam so I hope that means something.

Literature: 2/3 - I could have gotten a three or four on this if the testing room was anywhere else but it was next to a room with a loud movie on and students yelling so I could hardly concentrate. Getting a three would be wishful thinking.

European: 4/5 - I knew the FRQs, the DBQ was wicked easy, but I am concerned about the MC because there were quite a few questions that I had narrowed down to two and then had to guess.

Statistics: 4 - No one from my school has passed the stats exam in years but I can’t help but feel confident in it.

I’m hoping for a
4-5 Eng Language
4-5 Physics B
5 Statistics

US History: 3/4
Chemistry: 3/4
Spanish: 3/4
Statistics: 5

3 more days! But I just found out that they can be released early, so I’ll be refreshing AP_Trevor’s twitter until then.
