If you haven't received yours through the mail, you can go to blackboard on FSU's website and go to secure apps - and then go to my unofficial transcript where your AP scores should be listed.

If you are missing credit for an AP class, call admissions to make sure they have all your AP credits!

I hope everyone got passing scores for optimum credit at FSU!

So I'm guessing I passed my Art History exam since it states I attempted 3 hours and earned 3 hours (Received CLEP/CEEB) but it doesn't say anything for my GPA hours. Does that mean although I passed it, it won't clep any classes I will have to take? (not even humanities?)

If you got a 3 on the AP Art History exam you would get 3 credits of HUMANITIES and WRITING for ARH 2000.
If you got a 4 or 5 on the exam you would get 6 credits of HUMANITIES and WRITING for ARH 3056 (3) and ARH 3057 (3).
This helps meet your liberal studies requirements but does not impact your GPA.

Credit earned through testing (CLEP/AP/etc) isn't factored into your GPA, but you do earn the credits and can often apply these credits towards liberal studies requirements.

A good place to look at this is in the secure apps tab on blackboard. Click on "My Undergraduate Graduation Check" and be sure the everything option is selected at the top. - Here you will see the requirements itemized and your coursework will be listed under the appropriate heading.

Also, the score received is the number in parenthesis after the title on the unofficial transcript.

my school offered for students to take the AP Psych course for free, even though there wasn't an AP Psych class (only Psych 1 and 2). Of course, I took it, thinking I had nothing to lose, and ended up getting a 3.

This fully covers my Into to Psych credit (psy2012), but I don't think I want to accept the credit. The 3 was a lot of luck and BS on my part, and I don't fully understand the material.

livelovelaugh: That's not a problem at all. All you need to do is call the office of admissions, verify your information, and tell them which class to drop, and they do it right there over the phone for you. I actually did this two years ago for my calculus exam (even though I ended up getting a 5....).

This might be obvious, but I would only recommend declining the credit if you plan on retaking the class - otherwise it provides 3 hours of liberal studies credit that frees you up to take another class.

Does everyone else have their ENC1101 credit entered for their SAT/ACT score? I got a 32 on English, and it's not up there (however my college algebra one is from the SAT/ACT).

Ok, thank you. I went ahead and sent them an e-mail.
They also replaced my last year's Calculus AB score of 3 with this year's BC score (of 4). They should have used the AB subscore from this year (which was a 5). So it lists me as having a 4, when I really have a 5. Do the actual AP scores appear on the official transcripts? Thanks!
