AP Span Lang vs AP Stats vs AP Phys

Next year's tentative schedule:

AP Calculus AB
AP Chemistry
AP English Literature
AP Gov/Econ
[spot]
Computer Graphics I (to satisfy UC fine art requirements)

In that spot I can choose from AP Spanish Language, which would be my 4th year taking it as a non-native speaker, and which I am leaning towards; AP Statistics which sounds fun, it's the teacher's first year of AP but he has taught several years of regular; or AP Physics, I'm not sure what "letter", the teacher has taught Honors Physics (which actually counted for AP/Honors UC GPA credit, unlike most Honors courses).

Right now I am taking:
AP Psychology
AP Biology
Honors Pre-calculus (so frustrated, I didn't know you could skip this course and go straight to AP Calc)
AP USH
AP English Language
Spanish III

Maybe I could look into taking an art course at a community college but those are hard to get into nowadays (extremely impacted!) and I'm not even sure if I could take 6 AP courses at once because so many students at my school have 6th period sports. How I envy all the people with 8 periods :P

TL;DR : AP Spanish Language or AP Stats?

AP Spanish will likely be most useful for meeting foreign language graduation requirements at colleges. Statistics is good to know, but you can take a one semester course in college (and some majors may require a more in-depth or rigorous course than AP statistics anyway). AP Physics B is unlikely to be of much use for subject credit in college. AP Physics C is sometimes accepted.

AP statistics seems to be a relatively common “self-study” AP; if you are really interested in the subject, you may want to read a book on your own, such as:

[The Practice of Statistics, 2e](http://bcs.whfreeman.com/yates2e/default.asp)
[Introductory Statistics: Concepts, Models, and Applications by David Stockburger](http://www.psychstat.missouristate.edu/sbk00.htm)

Thanks! I am interested in self studying it, my father is a psychology professor! (My original intent was to self study that this year but I figured I could take it in school and get a UC GPA AP class boost)

Conveniently, since there is so much statistics in psychology, he also has taught that in the past and is veryyyyy good at math and stats like that. I’ll look into self studying it.

Some more info:
My school also offers APES (not interested at all in this), and AP Spanish Literature. The Spanish Literature teacher is my current Spanish teacher, and she has strongly reccommended us not to take Literature but to take Language, she says that Literature is hard even for native speakers of Spanish, and so it would be wiser to take Language.

I plan on majoring in Biology or Chemistry or Neuroscience (basically anything like that for Premed) at a UC.
