AP Spanish is kicking my @$$

I speak Spanish very fluently and understand when others speak very well.

I am getting completely dominated by the acentos (accents in English). I'm not sure if I spelled it correctly, but accents are the little lines over the letter (

anyone? :(

First get the regular stress rules to understand it in its logical fashion. Just google search rules in spanish and click on the studyspanish link. ^^ Speaking Spanish fluently is an advantage to you. Just get these regular rules (1 & 2) down to memorize.

There’s also one more rule, I think, abt the vowels that the link doesn’t cover. if words end in a vowel, stress falls in the second-to-last syllable

When you notice a word doesn’t follow one of the rules, the irregularly stressed word gets an accent banged on top of it.

Hope you understand it better! [:
