AP Statistics vs Regular Statistics

I am a junior, and currently taking AP Calculus AB. Math is not my strong suit, and I got a C first semester. I am hoping to get a B second semester, as I am getting a tutor. The only math I have left to take next year is statistics, and I am debating whether to take AP Stats or stick with regular. The regular is very easy and I know I would get an A, the issue is if I'd be able to do well in AP.

Will taking regular math senior year look bad on college apps? Should I take AP Stats even if it means possibly getting a B, or take it easy and secure myself an A in regular? The rest of my schedule for senior year will be something like:
AP Environmental Science
AP English Language
Political Science (college class)
AP Psychology
Buisness

extra info: I live in CA, and will be applying to UCSB, UCD, UCLA ( a reach), as well as some in the state university system and a few private colleges. I have a 4.3 GPA weighted, with 4 A's, 1 B, and 1 C from calculus. 1960 SAT, plan on retaking in June.

Thank you!!!

AP Stats is very easy. There’s really not much math involved, you just gotta know how to use your calculator.
