“Plus 12 bucks to get your SAT scores over the phone for poor people without access to internet. That’s terrible”

Who doesnt have any form of internet access?? honestly there are so many libraries around plus school etc. even if I didnt have internet at home there is no reason to call them…

Hahaha. Yeah man, you obviously haven’t had much interaction with CollegeBoard. I swear that the **** they do has got violate federal anti-trust laws.

There’s a cheap way to check if you got a 4 or a 5. Log on to esther and look at your Rice transcript. You’ll have AP credit showing if you got >= 4. D’s AP credits were posted yesterday (don’t know if 4 or 5 yet but can wait for the hard copy for that). This assumes you had scores sent by CB to Rice when you took your AP

where do we find the transcript. I logged into Esther but I cant find it.
Never mind, I figured out how but I dont have any listed and I definitely got a 4 on APUSH last year and I’d be shocked if I didnt get 4s or 5s this year

I know it sounds kind of obvious, but did you have scores sent to Rice? If you asked CB to send them when you took the exams this year it may be that they are in the “queue” to be added by Rice to your transcript. I’d check again later today/tomorrow

I sent the score report both years as far as I know. The part I don’t get is why some credit from last year is posted (two classes) is posted but not the third. I emailed the registrar so we’ll see what they say. I’m going to be annoyed if it turns out that I need to pay the college board to send another report.

I’m having the same problem. I got 4s on 5s on all my AP tests, and none of the credit is posted on my “unofficial transcript” yet. I think they will have everything posted in a week or so.

My daughter checked the box for Rice when she took her senior year AP exams. The college board didn’t send them. We called them to ask about it late summer last year, I think, and they said it was their mistake and they then sent them. So, they do make mistakes. It could just be that Rice is still in the process of updating your transcript, but it wouldn’t hurt to verify with College Board that they sent all your scores to Rice.

I understand that. The puzzling part is that they have some of the scores from last year not all of them. Clearly they got something from the collegeboard, I just don’t know why it wouldn’t include one of my scores.

ah! thats strange. Id wait a week or so then call them and verify. they are probably updating them now so its possible that they missed it or havent finished yet.

Just give them a few days and then by all means call them and the collegeboard
