how many AP tests would you recommend for admission to ivy league colleges ...
given that you have a 2300< score in SAT , 750< in all 3 subject tests and lots of EC's.

How many AP classes are you taking? That really determines how many AP Tests you’re going to take. Self-study some tests, and you could take more I guess. The average number of AP Tests taken by an Ivy applicant (who was accepted) at my school,
is around 6-7.
People have got in w/ 5 APs and others with 14. So as to your Ivy question, I would say that you have a great SAT score and if you do well in your AP Classes and tests, you have a great chance (Consider, however, that the majority of Ivy applicants have stats just like you, and if you’re applying to Harvard and the like, it really is a crapshoot.)

As for my friend who recently got in to Harvard, she took 6 AP Tests and classes in high school (Did not self study any) and proved herself through her SAT, and ECs.

I hope this gives you an idea.
