AP units counted from CC or UC?

<p>hey, in regards to the 90 units minimum for transferring, are the AP units given based off of what the CC gives you or what the UC gives you?</p>

<p>for example, if my CC gives me 5 units for an AP test, and UCSD [which is where i’m transferring to] gives me 8 units, are 5 units or 8 units counted towards my 90 unit minimum?</p>

<p>You should count the number of units the UC campus will be granting for the AP exam.</p>

<p>Yes, the AP units do count towards your necessary 60 units.</p>
