Isn't each FR out of 6 points?

I'm not going to bother predicting my score, because the last time I walked out of an AP confident that I had gotten a 5 and that it was the easiest test I've ever taken, I got a 4.

As for the FRQs, I guess I got really lucky. I had blocked out an essay that was the same topic as #3 about a week ago in review, and that really saved me. It was really nice how they put the basic idea of the court cases in parenthesis next to the names, because otherwise I would have had no idea what I was making up for #2c.

The MC was pretty easy, I only skipped 5 and there were about six that I was iffy on, hopefully the process of elimination plus a little luck swayed those six in my favor.

The free response was beautiful. We discussed every one of those questions during a study session at my teacher's house over his fire pit.
I know we discussed number three but I was spacing out, so I kinda BSed my way through that one but the other three were fantastic.
I know I at least got a 4 but I'm hoping/praying for a 5.

Haha yeah I totally made up the decision for the second court case. All I did for that was "Now if I were a justice, what would I decide based on the Constitution?" Hopefully I picked the right side.

i dk i just think i got 2 fully right and 2 mostly right.

hahaha Reicho, study session at your teacher's house, circled around a fire pit?

that doesn't....happen.

i wish i had cool teachers.

In #2 part a you pretty much had to know the cases before hand. My teacher specifically had us learn those and others. In B it was pretty easy to guess what decision was made based on common knowledge...at least on one of the cases.

How do you calculuate your overall raw score?

yeah i chose polygamy knew it was illegal then (thanks to debate)

nad i knew teh lemon test well bc of debate, so i was able to list the 3 requiremnets

i knew jack.**** about polygamy, i said it was legal. Pff, I didnt read about it or talk about it in class, no one in my class knew. I mean, they could have added an important one like the oswald vs. gibbons... stupid polygamy
Other than that I think i did okay on the mc left a lot blank, and I did good on the free response. probably will get a 3. I am so thankful for you guys for telling me to not write a full blow essay. Some people in my class were so intent on writing the essay that they didnt finish. I finished like with 40 min to spare. I did add a topic paragraph and concluding paragraph to each fr though, just in case.

<3 juniorita!

yeah time was no issue. On m choice i finnished with over 20 minutes left, and marked which m choices i knew for sure and gave 1 point, pretty sure bt 2 3/4 point, fiddling b/t 2 choices 1/2, etc and i think i got 51 or so/60.
Free response i wrote full essays (only 2-3 pages each) and had 25 minutes after checking each essay over.

i doubt you even had to list the three requirements. i think so long as you knew what the lemon test measured and how it represented the establishment clause, you got full credit

sw33tness.

Everyone (literally) in our class finished 20 minutes early. It was so painful having to sit there...

-The Pained Coot66

PS No need for the snide edit comments Amistad; I made my posts before you made that announcement...

i am totally hoping for a 5 even though i may have gotten just a 4. i thought the MC was amazing... didn't skip any! and was just iffy on like 4 or 5 of them... but then i thought the free response was just as easy until i saw question #3. and i was like on great, i have no idea what it was at all. so i just made up stuff...

i truly believe that anyone who took APUSH and got a 5 on it, they could easily pull a 4 on this test without taking the class. with only prepping court cases and the US Const, i think a 5 could be possible. there is so much overlap. i wish i had taking this test last year so i could include even more details in my essays.

easy peasy

darn, i guess the curve wont help me then if everyone did well.

yeah im taking us history (only first/2 year though) and i didnt take a class. I prepped for total like 10 hours.
