Hello everyone! I’m currently offering my lease at the Rio West located in West Campus on 2704 Rio Grande Street, Austin, Texas, 78705.
$699 is the monthly rent and you will being stayed in a shared room that has a divider in the middle so you will have privacy. It’s also 4x4 unit as well.
Washing and dryer machine are inside the room and the place will be furnished. You will also be provided with cable and internet but will have to pay for water and electricity utility.
The floor you’ll be on is the 5th floor.
Rio West apartment complex has their own dog park, gym and swimming pool as well.
You will also have access to computer available inside the apartment mini computer lab and will be able to print.
Move in date is 08/18/2018 and is a 12 month lease.
