1-bedroom apartments

I lived at Jefferson 26 sophomore year with three roomates, and now I live at 21 Rio with one roommate. Next year I want to live by myself :D

I want to live west campus between MLK and 29th and not to far west (the closer to the drag, the better). 1 bedroom, 1 bath, preferably washer/dryer.

Anyone know of anywhere? Price <$1,000/month

How do you like 21 rio and Jefferson 26?
Sorry this doesn’t answer your question, but I am starting to look at places for next yr.

I’m between MLK and 24th. One bed 1 bath, washer/dryer, parking space, $850. You can have my place next year. I’m studying abroad.

what complex US?

@US which complex do you live at?

J26: extremely dirty, the elevators in the apartment garage did not work on the 2nd floor (my floor) and the 7th floor (where my car is parked)…therefore I had to walk up a floor and then take the elevator. Really annoying. If you party your apartment carpet will turn to poop. It stains easily and is very cheap. I don’t regret living there because it was close to campus and had a lot of cool people, but it was always trashed, vandalized, and a lot of non residents hang out at the pool.

21 Rio: Don’t sign until mid summer because they rates drop a lot. I am living in a 2 bedroom apartment for $1500/m with a discount that brings it down to $900/month. I also refereed two friends and got two $500 gift cards. No complains except the building is 21 stories and has 2 elevators and sometimes the gate at the front breaks which is frustrating because cars and go in or go out. They tend to fix problems fast. Lot’s of asians and indians…I DONT KNOW WHY

The views are awesome and so close to 21st street where all my classes are.

I like it, but not living there next year and can’t spend 1500-3000 for a 1 bedroom. I want a smaller (non mega apartment) that is cool

PM me if you want that info.

I live in one bedroom/one bathroom at W. 18th and San Antonio. It’s $650 a month including utilities and parking. It’s about a 5 min walk to campus. No washer/dryer or dishwasher because it used to be an old 1940’s hotel, but you can’t beat the price.

I like your price! When would that room be available? I’m looking to live somewhere starting either in the summer of 11’ or fall.

The rooms are recycled pretty often. There’s usually a little sign outside of the building advertising for a one bedroom/one bathroom. If you’re interested in seeing the place, the address is 407 W. 18th St. The landlord’s office is right at the corner of San Antonio and 18th. I know he is always looking for people to move in here lol
