I am sub-letting my individual lease at Callaway Villas. It's super close to campus. 5 minute walk from Kyle field and 10 minute walk from the campus!
It's a bedroom in one of their 4bed/4 and 1/2 bath models. Fully furnished with washer and drier. Water is included and there is a $30 allowance for other utilities. There is a clubhouse for studying, game room, media room, tanning beds, workout room, and a huge resort style pool. Volleyball and basketball courts are located right next to the pool. There is also a bus stop right in front, with 2 different buses(35 & 36) which stop there.
Callaway Villas will match you with roommates.
The bedroom I want to sub-let is around $630 a month. </p>
