I'm in Revelle and I want a single dorm.

Which should I choose?

I’m not sure if you can get an apartment in revelle as a first year… I would go for the residence hall style rooms

Yeah, it kind of threw me off…

“Housing Facility Type: Apartment or Residence halls?”… Weird.

But I heard argo/blake are the best, which type would these count as?

And on a side note, I heard apart style have more privacy, which would be a plus.

Argo and Blake are res halls. I wonder if Revelle’s new apartments will be done by this fall?

Dangit, now I need to wait for clarification before I fill this contract out, because newly built apartments sounds niceeee. :P

According to all of my friends in Revelle, they say that the Revelle apartments wont be done until Fall 2011.

Just looked it up… Fall 2011 finish date. Sorry

Oh alright thanks guys, so basically that apartment choice is useless? Haha.

Revelle 2nd year students are housed in Matthews apartments, which are all the way across campus in 6th college. I would really choose a residence hall if I were you, you’ll meet the most people that way. I think living in an apartment with 2nd years across campus would make you very isolated. And from what I hear Argo is a lot of fun (besides the elevators hah)

Plus, you’re going to be right next to york hall… and if you are in a major that requires chem or physics, you’re going to be happy haha.
