apartments near USC Park: a question

<p>Hello everyone,</p>

<p>In two months I'm coming to USC to start a post-doc.
I've been looking for housing near USC Park campus on Craiglist and several other sites.
I'll be coming along with my husband, so we need a private place (not a place to share with roomates, that is). </p>

<p>Does anyone know of good websites or other sources of information about places for rent (including sublets or temporary)?</p>

<p>Also, does anyone know if we can apply for family housing mid-year? </p>

<p>Any other tips would be greatfuly accepted, too! </p>
