<p>I'm very disappointed with my housing offer for next year: Unit 3 triple. As a result I have started looking for a 2-bedroom apartment with my friend in the North/Hills neighborhood. Anyone knows how competitive it is to get an apartment there? For example, typically how many people compete for one apartment?</p>

<p>I think the OP is a student already, cause housing offers for us came out last weekend. Apartments on northside are not competitive compared to those on southside, but I don't know how competitive the hills are to begin with. I do know that my friend (and her crew) lost to another prospect housing group for an apartment on northside already, so I guess it does take some effort.</p>
