<p>Hey, I'm going to be at UCR this fall and I was wondering if the apartments near campus that are affiliated with the school are a cool place to be. By that I mean, are they policed by campus security, a good deal and a fun place to live? Also, do you pick your roommates or are they assigned to you?</p>
