APES or AP Bio?

I'm conflicted on whether to take AP bio or APES. I will be a junior next year and will be taking English III AP, US history AP, honors Pre-cal, honors physics, band. I can chose two more classes to take but I only want to take a maximum of 2 sciences to prevent overload. I'm more of a biology person and that's the main reason I want to do AP bio(I'm thinking about majoring in bio possibly). However, I heard APES is a relatively easy class and the content is also interesting. The APES teacher said that his class would compliment physics. However, I was planning on taking English IV AP, govt./economics AP, calculus AP, and physics AP my senior year. I'm eventually going to take both classes but I don't know in which order. I also don't want a ridiculously hard class affecting my GPA and my transcript my junior year. Thanks in advance!
