How many people appeal to Berkeley every year and how many of those appeals result in a reversal of their initial decision?

I am sure someone linked a pdf file from Berkeley in this forum that shows statistics on appeal rate. I remember it's something around 10-15 reversals out of 1000 appeals. So I would say don't bother to appeal unless you have a very very strong case.

The numbers are on the last page

Remember the key to a successful appeal is "new and compelling evidence" not just new grades (or something like that).
