im just wondering if appealing to more than one UC is a mistake. Are they able to see which campuses you appeal to and would tryin to appeal to more than one diminish their enthusiasm to take you? I know you are supposed to appeal to a campus you really like and had ur heart set on, and they assume it is your #1, but after gettin rejected i dont really wanna take chances, so im thinking of appealing to like 3. Anyone have any info on whether more than 1 appeal is a good or bad idea?

they won't know that you are appealing to multiple UCs, but in general unless u really have a basis for ur appeal (and a substantial amount of new info) its bleh and u probably don't have a good shot of getting accepted from an appeal.

i have a medical reason for bad grades one semester of my junior year, so i do have a basis.

Appeal. It will make a difference I think. When talking to some of the Admissions people, they told me that if you had a legit reason the appeal would work.

k, so you think i should appeal to like ucd sb and irvine? so maybe one of em will let me in. btw weighted gpa = 3.8 sats 1940 so i was qualified, but i guess overlooked.

Would making a mistake submitting grades be a legit reason to honor my appeal? I made 3 mistakes, believe it or not, my gpa should be higher.
