<p>Can you guys help me make a convincing argument for repeating the 10th grade? My parents say that they see no reason to repeat since I am at the top of my class at my public school and they say I will get into a good college no matter what. They say that I want to go to a private school because of the high college matriculations but they are just putting words in my mouth. My parents say that since I will be 19 by the time I graduate that I will be just too old. But no one cares about age once you graduate college.</p>
