Application deadline (12/15/11)

<p>Not sure if that has already been asked, but is the recommended submission deadline of December 15th a prescreen of any sort? I would really love to have the extra ~15 days to obsessively check everything on my app, but I don't want to be disadvantaged because of it.</p>

<p>From what I've read, as long as you submit by January 1st, then it doesn't matter in the least bit whether or not you submit before or after December 15th. Thoughts?</p>

<p>The December 15th deadline is just so that they can begin processing applications, and most importantly, start organizing their alumni interviews.</p>
