<p>That's about how long mine was. I don't remember if there's a word/character limit, but 1-1.5 pages single spaced tends to be around average.</p>
<p>My (successful) essay was a little under one full page, single-spaced. I don't believe there was a limit. Keep in mind that they go through applications VERY quickly, so you want to be succinct and only tell them what they need to know.</p>
