<p>I filled out Part I of the application online and was filling out the credit card billing information but an error message keeps on telling me that my information is wrong and this card is invalid. </p>
<p>I've used this card for SAT and other things, and it has always worked out fine. Has anyone gotten this problem before?</p>

<p>i did paper as well and i think the fee was like 70 bucks. fairly pricey! (an indication of things to come...)</p>
