Application fee

I was trying to send my first part of my application, but the application fee is holding me back, What should I do?

How can I contact them, does any one have their email adress ( I can not find the exact email adress)?
And do you think they will penalize for requisting application fee?

Thanks

admissions@mit.edu is the e-mail. What exactly is the problem with the fee? Are you unable to get to the order screen, or is it some other issue?

Absolutely, positively not.

There’s a helpful entry on fee waivers from a few years back on the blogs: [MIT Admissions | Blog Entry: “Does MIT Offer Application Fee Waivers?”](http://www.mitadmissions.org/topics/finaid/financial_aid/does_mit_offer_application_fee.shtml)

You can either use the College Board’s fee waiver form, or you can have your counselor (or other school official) write a letter to MIT explaining that you need a fee waiver.

There is absolutely no negative consequences to needing and using a fee waiver. This is part of the whole “need-blind” admissions process.

Great, that is why I love MIT!

The problem is that I can not use College Board’s fee waiver form, because College Board’s fee waiver form is based on SAT fee waiver form and only high school students are elligible for SAT fee waiver. Which means ony high school students can fill the College Board’s fee waiver form.
I am tranfer student.
I may talk to my University’s tanfer admissions person and ask if she could send a letter to MIT? Do you think that is good idea

Thanks all
