[</em>]Supplementary Material: My main problem is that I am sending my scores so hopefully they will be postmarked in time, but my school doesn't believe in faxing or electronically submitting transcripts so I am trying to convince my counselor to bend the rules this one time so my transcript makes it on time for the priority deadline.
[<em>]Hook(recruited athlete, legacy, Nobel Prize): I am a female interested in engineering which would have probably made a difference 6 years ago but it seems like that is not use anymore. Oh well...

<p>[<em>]Extracurriculars: Robotics - marketing my first year and mechanical the next two years ( I also have helped with FLL every year), Newspaper- staff writer, photographer and business manager. Volunteer and Desk manager of local dog adoption foundation since fifth grade. I tutor high school students in math, physics, and chemistry and I am also a tutor/TA for a local elementary school. I was the chapter head of the middle school branch of a non profit organization dedicated to advancing interest in science and technology. I am a member of NHS (was an officer last year) and SNHS. Those are probably the biggest things I talked about.
[</em>]Awards: I have won first place freshman year and second sophomore year in our school science fair. I was a part of the award winning yearbook and won a first place award myself. I am now a part of the award winning newspaper. I attended the Johns Hopkins Engineering Innovation summer program and a Java course at my local community college.
[li]Where else were you accepted/rejected?: I was rejected from Carnegie Mellon CIT:ECE -ED. Was my dream school but really any school outside of VA at this point would be nice. </p>[/li]
<p>Since I feel like my transcripts and test scores will definitely not make it by tomorrow the priority deadline and might not even be postmarked by tomorrow what are my chances for acceptance on the space available basis? -Oh and I applied to Computer engineering and my second was undecided CSE.</p>
I applied to CSE as well, still waiting to hear back.</p>
