Application: Positions Held?

<p>I have a question concerning to this specific field in a university application that says "position held" for extracurricular activities.</p>

<p>Does this mean Leadership position or any position?
And do I write my most recent position or every position that I held for a specific activity?</p>

<p>(For example "Yearbook": Member -> Section Head -> Editor)?</p>

<p>If you're a Member, just put Member. If you're an Editor, I'd just put Editor. I'm pretty sure that colleges would assume that you didn't just come in and get assigned Editor...you would've worked for it, and would've been a member/section head/whatever at some point.</p>
