<p>And if my club is Math Honor Society, would I put Science/Math as my activity? I just want to get things right, sorry if the answers to my questions are obvious.</p>

<p>If you’re a member of a club, I think you can put that in the “position held” line. For example, I’m in my school’s book club, so I’m putting “Book Club Member” in that line. So yeah, it would be fine to put “President, Math Honor Society.”
And I think it would be fine to attach a resume.</p>
