<p>I am applying for boarding schools as I mentioned in my earlier post. I was wondering what the right time would be to start preparing and submitting the candidate profile and the other parts of the application . My schools are starting from Wednesday and I would be busy in tests in the coming month especially in November when i have to give first semester exams. I also want to ask what month would be the best to give ISEE test (October, November or December) . Thanks in advance :D </p>
<p>Start now. The sooner you get a candidate profile submitted, the sooner you can get an interview scheduled. As for the ISEE, I would opt for the December testing.</p>
<p>Get them in as soon as you can. Depending on the boarding school, interview slots fill, and they fill FAST. </p>

You’re an int’l applicant, aren’t you? India? You should make an effort to visit the schools and interview in person. It will make a difference in how seriously you are perceived as a good yield risk.</p>
<p>GMTplus7 : no I am not from india . I am from japan but am living in Pakistan right now. I can’t visit the schools in person because my dad doesnot know English and neither do we have any relative in U.S. It is impossible for anyone to come to U.S without a driver that speaks English. I hope the schools I am applying to would understand my problem and this won’t effect my application . </p>
