<p>The essay is better reserved for not why you want to go to UF, but why you “deserve” to go to UF based on a significant event in your life that you think sets you apart from others. For the extracurriculars, try limiting what you put, but I suppose you can use the AI section for whatever information is indeed “additional.”</p>
