UC Additional Comments?

I know that theoretically I'm supposed to use this box to explain some hardship I faced in high school that caused my grades to drop. And my lack of a supporting family. And my financial responsibility. And this, that, and the other.

But none of this is true for me. In terms of extraneous information, the whole thing I couldn't really mention in any (non-essay) portion of the application was my family's travels. But I did that in the first essay.

I am a Girl Scout Gold Award Recipient and I didn't get to fully discuss this in my application because I talked about other things in my essays. Could this go in the mysterious section?

Or should I leave it blank? Everyone says to use it, but I don't know what for?!?!?!?!?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh come on, help out a poor procrastinating soul.

I don't think the UC's want to read another essay in this section. If you mentioned it in your ec's then that should be ok.

Hm, perhaps you can elaborate on another extracurricular?

It would probably be to your advantage to show more of your personality, but it would be a disadvantage to just be fluffing up your essay.

Ah..tough call. =\ Good luck with that.
