Application questions regarding Race/Ethnicity??

Hello, everyone. I am applying to colleges this fall. Based off of my situation, I can apply as both African American and White.

Will my chances be lower if I apply as both races? If I apply as just African American, will I be placed in an easier pool than if I were to apply mixed?

Also, I got a 1490 on my SATS. As an African-American, what do you think my chances are at Harvard with this score? What would be the SAT percentiles for african americans with this score?
