I submitted the common application and supplement to Yale three days ago.

It says "Downloaded" next to the application, but "Complete" next to the supplement.

Is this usual? Is the whole application to the school complete as long as there's a green arrow next to the school's name?

Dartmouth has proven very quick to download the things I send them. They downloaded the school forms almost immediately and the CommonApp was downloaded within minutes of my submission of it. Yet “Completed” is still what is shown next to the Supplement and the Payment.

Because of this, I believe that it will probably only say Complete next to these two, and they will not be downloaded. This could be because they are school specific, whereas the School Forms and CommonApp are not. Maybe I’m wrong, I dunno.

For the college-specific supplements, complete means the same thing as downloaded.

^^ exactly.
BU, for example: Downloaded my application, supplement says complete. When I check my application status it just says that they need my SAT scores and SSR. (Both already sent, but they just didn’t match them up with my application yet I suppose.)

Thanks for the response. So as long as I have a green arrow next to the school’s name, then the entire application (including fee) is submitted?

I assume so. At least I hope so. haha

bump 10char. Can someone else confirm that the green arrow next to a school’s name means the whole application is complete?

My stuff looks like this, which is how it should look (you’re fine):

Application Submitted: [date]
Supplements Complete: [date]
Payments Complete: [date]
School Forms Assigned: [date]

And the little green triangle means you’re done. :D
