<p>I am applying early action to a university with a deadline of November 1. </p>

<p>Although I have not submitted my common app anywhere and have only sent in only a few supplements, can I go ahead and send out my ACT scores? I am applying to many schools, and I basically just need to know if they will start a file for me when they get them, or if they have to have something else already submitted....</p>

<p>The schools will start a file for you when they receive the first of the required elements, be it ACT or SAT scores, a teacher rec., or whatever.</p>
