I submitted an application to Fordham a couple of weeks ago. Does anyone know how I can check the status of my application? There is no login on the website, and I can't seem to find emails of the admissions officers.

Also, I'm a NM Semifinalist, and I was informed that there is a good chance that I can qualify for the Semifinalist scholarship. Does anyone know anything about this? There is very little information about it online. Do I need to do anything additional to qualify for it--additional forms, etc?

First, congrats on being a National Merit Semifinalist. Fordham is a great school.

All EA applications are reviewed for scholarship potential, and you will be notified of the admissions committee decision in December with all the other EA applicants. They dont have rolling admissions at Fordham like some schools have. Just make sure your file is complete by sending your scores, your transcript and your recommendations. Then sit back and relax, or complete your other college applications.

Everyone is anxious. But it all works out in the end.

Aleeroz…D received a letter from Fordham yesterday which said that she will be given log in information via email in the coming weeks to be able to access the Fordham online application system to review the status of her application. We had been wondering the same thing so we were glad to hear from them. If you haven’t received this letter yet i’m sure it’s on its way to you. Good Luck!

Hey, I’m a NM Semifinalist at Fordham now. I’m on a full scholarship, and, unless they’ve changed the rules regarding the scholarship this year, you’ll should get one too. It’s a pretty nice deal :)

I thought it was a nice touch for Fordham to send an email to let you know that they have all the necessary documents and your application is complete especially for the early action candidates. Saves me from having to hound the admission office to make sure they’ve received everything like I have had to do with some other EA schools on D list. Another star goes next to Fordham! :-)
