Application Status Tracking

Hi everyone! Some questions: I submitted my application a week ago, but my college transcripts and TOEFL test report were sent to the admission office in January. I also mailed in my high school transcript last week. Now except the application and application fee, the other documents are all shown as “Not Yet Received/Processed”. Is this normal? When will they change the status after they have received the documents? Should I send all supporting materials after I have submitted the app?

Since it is said to email or fax them if anything is incorrect, I emailed them 2 days ago and got no answer. On the other hand, I got an email reminding me to submit application before March. Do they really check their email box? Is it better to call them or go directly to their office? (I am in NJ)

@willstay I suggest calling the admissions office. I had the same issue and it didn’t get resolved until I reached out directly. Admissions Office # is 212.854.2772.
