Application Status

My daughter submitted her application to Pitt and rec’d a confirmation email that her app was rec’d. However, she still hasn’t rec’d her Pitt Passport information and it’s been 2 weeks? How long does it take to get your log in info? Thanks!

The email should come from the Technology Help Desk. If you would like to check on the status of your account, you can reach them 24 hours a day, seven days a week at technology.pitt.edu or 412-624-HELP [4357].

Thanks, I called and spoke to someone in admissions and was told it has been reviewed and it’s all they could tell me. I would just like for her to get her username and password :frowning:

@breezy115, Yes, the Help Desk are the ones to contact about the username and password. If you call the number listed above, they should be able to help. Our office does not manage the accounts and passwords.
