<p>The second step of the USMA application should be available at the end of August (maybe beginning of September) - and should be an online application this year if all goes well.</p>
<p>my admissions officer said we should recieve them in late august. My senators and congressman have posted their nomination applications already. If your district has the applications for you, I recommend starting on that as well.</p>
