Hello everyone, as the common application opens today, I am wondering about if colleges care if you apply early. I am not applying anywhere early decision, and my top 3 schools (Richmond, Northeastern, and Boston University) do not offer early action. I hope to wait until after the ACT in October to send in my application, because I feel my test scores have a lot of room to improve. What do you guys think?

I assume you’re talking about University of Richmond? Schools do not care if you apply early (by submitting your regular application far before the due date). However, for U of R, be sure to submit it early for the richmond scholar deadline (last year it was dec 1), which is still regular decision.

Schools would not even start downloading until weeks later.
