I applied to Pitt, enterer my courses in the SRAR, paid the fee, sent test scores, and when I search “application status” in the “my application” section of the passport I get a list of the three above things under the “to do” list implying that I have not sent any of the above in. Is this normal or should I call someone about it? I applied only four days ago so it makes sense that they don’t have my SAT scores yet, but they should have the other things.
It took a couple days for my fee to be processed and couple more for them to recive my transcript. I wouldn’t worry too much about it.
My application took like three weeks after they received everything to say it was complete. Just give it a week or so. Also, it is a long weekend so they probably aren’t working on it now.
As others have said, it takes us a few business days to process your application and make sure we have what we need. If you know you submitted items on the action list, they should be removed from the list once our Processors take a look at your applicant account and confirm that everything is there.
Best of luck!

My child is worried because yesterday her application status said “Incomplete” but showed that her SAT scores were outstanding (she’d sent them in and knows that it will take time to process) but today, it no longer showed the SAT scores as outstanding but still says “Incomplete” with no action items. Should she be worried or can I tell her to chill out? (I’m a terrible parent – once it’s your second or third child, you always tell them to chill out!)
@tylertexan when I applied, it was the same thing. I was told that once the items go away, they’re all there. It just takes the server some time to update the status to complete!
As outtahere2017 said, sometimes the system will still say incomplete after the action items are resolved. If there is nothing listed as missing, that status should go away on it’s own. Nothing to worry about!

Awesome – thanks all. Chill out it is!
My son submitted his application last week, filling in his courses/grades for the self reported academic records. But when he checked the status today it says incomplete, and the transcripts are missing. Does he need to send transcripts in addition to his self reported grades? Thank you.
@bclifford, No, he should not send a transcript. The system takes a few business days to update, but the “incomplete” status should clear out shortly!
