I'm really confused. If you apply EA to Yale, does that mean you cannot apply ED to any other colleges. Is this true????

yes, that's true. Yale is Single-Choice Early Action, which means you can't apply to other schools either EA or ED if you choose to apply early to Yale.

You can also apply to schools that have rolling admissions if you're applying SCEA to Yale.

If you apply "single choice early action" (SCEA) to Yale -or to Harvard or Stanford, the other schools with this option -

*you may NOT apply SCEA, EA or ED to any other school, but

*you MAY apply either rolling admission or RD to any other school, and

*you MAY attend that other school, if you wish, whether or not you were admitted SCEA.
