Ok, I made a seperate thead about the education style of both schools, but realized it is much better to just state the core of my problem.

I am deciding whether to apply to Stern or CAS. Reasons for applying to Stern are that I think want to eventually get into buisness and get an MBA sometime later, but I really want to learn other things like Studio art and Philisophy. I understand that Stern students can take CAS courses, but am worried of time constraints and the buisness cores.

Would it be better to do CAS Econ + MBA or Stern BBA for buisness and Investment Banking?

Another reason for stern is simply to maxamise opportunity cost. NYU states that you cant tick a box to be considered admission to another school if they deem your fit better there or academically qualify better. So by doing this, I am guessting there is a chance I'll get into CAS if I don't get into Stern.

But if I actually do get into stern and regret it, how easy is it to transfer from Stern to CAS? Will I need to dig up my old grades and things etc? Is it easy to transfer from CAS to stern too?
