Applying ahead of time?!

Hello. I just wanted to know if applying ahead a time for a school(Fall 2013) will work?

Right now, I'm a freshman in my local community college. By the end of next semester I'll have about 24/25 credits, considering me a transfer student to two of my preferable universities (SLU Madrid, Suffolk Madrid). I wanted to know if I could apply for the Fall semester in the mid of Spring. The only reason I ask is because for Suffolk, if you apply to the school and for financial aid before February they give you options for housing since they'll be more to choose from. But how can I do that if I haven't even gotten all the credits I need?(By then I'll only have 11 credits).

Is that only possible for people who have enough credits to apply by then? But even for them, they'll still be in school, still working towards more credits?????

This is what it has listed for Application Deadlines:

“BACHELOR’S DEGREE students:
For semester beginning in September: February 15, priority filing date - Students applying for US (FAFSA) funding are encouraged to apply before this date. First preference regarding scholarship consideration and housing options will be given to those students who are admitted by March 1.
For semester beginning in September: June 30, application deadline.
For semester beginning in January: November 15, application deadline.
For summer session: May 1, application deadline.”

I think you will have to call the admissions office (or email) to these specific schools and ask them this question.
