Hi, does anybody have any advice or experiences that might be helpful? I know 9th & 10th are main acceptance years but hopefully junior year is possible with few people applying?

Before I Start: I am by no means experienced
Ok, my brother is applying for transfer to some BS, and he told me its possible to apply for Junior, SO LONG as the school is willing to accept you and you meet the requirements for that particular school.

I met with an Andover representative at a TSAO meeting this past weekend and he said that the average acceptance rate for 11th grade is 9%, because even though there are less people applying they only accept twenty-something students. Hope that helps.

I am also applying to bs as junior. I went to TSAO in Los Angeles and spoke to reps from Loomis Chaffee and Deerfield. They said that admission as Junior is competitive but possible. Anyone else who is applying: How do you compare academically to students at your current high school?
